Anyone recommend a builder?

Preferably southwest Sydney, my mum's house is in dire need of repair and she bizarrely doesn't want to just demolish it.

Other than the guy Brad used, I've been finding all my tradies through hipages.com.au. It's been quite effective and much easier than any other method I can think of. Still can be hit and miss though, but at least you can check out comments from other people that have used them.

Thats the sort of customer service you can respect. He is probably watching you now.
