If so, where did you order it from, how much, and have you "reserved" your account name already?

You get the poster and two trading cards just for pre-ordering even the standard edition.

The collectors edition has this as well as the pre-order bonus
    Premium Packaging
Bonus DVD featuring concept art and more
    Collector's Cards

But EB-Games seems to think it's OK to charge $10 over the RRP from what I can tell, and about $20 more than everyone else is charging, so I dunno how that works out.

Interesting: Steam now has the demo of ETQW available. It would be very nice if you'll be able to purchase ETQW on steam at us prices.

It would make sense, with the whole Steam community functionality they wouldnt need to worry about providing those services themselves.
