PHP stats code port (BETA)

This code was adapted for PHP by Nos from the WWOY clan. (Unfortunately they no longer exist and the code is unlikely to be developed further by Nos)

I am providing it here "as-is". I have not even looked at it in any detail or done any testing and can provide no help with how to set it up. This is an early release of the code on the WWOY clan website for several months pre-patch v1.5 so the only things it won't support are the new maps released in the 1.5 patch.

If you wish to test and provide feedback, bug fixes etc, please start a new topic. All offers for testing and feedback are appreciated.
