Haha, famous last words. My 6970 is a goner. No power at all. Luckily, mwave have a nice looking R9 290x reduced from $530 to $399...

^ GTX970 don't you mean?
The new R9 290x OC is great, hard to resist the temptation to push everything to maximum eye candy, getting 60-100fps in the benchmarking - luckily my monitor isn't 4K (have to now resist that temptation!)
