I also had no problem running from steam

Yeah - they've updated the program in the last week or so to fix the browser.
You can't go prone - there is no key to map

When I try to run from steam I get "The game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time." I had the same issue with the MW2 beta. It runs fine from the actual executable on my hard drive - go figure...

So are we buying it through STEAM or through the EA store? Play-Asia has it for about $70 with shipping... Trying to decide if it worth going back to the "safe" option of having physical media again.

Well its USD70 on Steam plus download and I guess it will just be like WM2 and require it to add it to Steam anyway. So I guess physical is the way to go. If your going to order a copy put me down for one as well.

Just found an aussie place flogging it for $55 plus $3 shipping. Just going to do a background check on em now and see if they look safe.

well I got it through steam - but then the pre-order cost US$50 at the time. If I have to pay $70, I'd probably be going to JB with a quote from somewhere online to get it for $70.

Well the game-lane place checks out as well as I can tell, so would JB price match their $55?

If I do go with an order from them, is anyone else (Keith already noted) interested in getting a copy?

I'm in too.

I hope this doesn't get added to my "bought and haven't played for longer than 10 minutes " games list which includes left for dead 2 and Saints row 2. I just unlocked the FS2000 assault gun on Modern warfare 2 which will give me at least another month playing this game. Fast rapid fire, accurate with grenade launcher...

OK, I'll order 4 copies then. I don't care if you only play it for 10 minutes, as long as you remember to pay me back for it :)

Damn, just saw that they've sold out of the Limited Edition, so choices are:

1. Wait to see if they get any more Limited Edition
2. Order the normal edition (without extra unlocks) from game-lane for $55
3. Order the Limited Edition from STEAM for US$70
4. Order the Limited Edition from the EAStore for AUS$80
5. Or some other option...

I managed to buy a limited edition from an online store http://funplanet.com.au/products/view/27613 , $71.95 with free delivery. Looks legit. We will see when I get it.
